I have seen so many companies come and go over the years,37 years to be exact.Most of them have the same thing in common.Lacking the knowledge that only experience will bring. They advertise and push low quality utility grade products that will not hold up to everyday wear.They believe quantity is better than quality because they haven’t been around long enough to develop a real reputation other than a quick cheap floor installation company. I love going in behind some of these guys while doing estimates. It’s hilarious hearing some of the things they tell potential customers. Most customers see through them.Common sense goes a long way in any trade or industry, this is especially true in the flooring business.We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

I would recommend Lee in a heartbeat. We met with him 3 times and everytime he showed up a few min EARLIER then he stated. That's never happened with contractors for me personally. He was very informative kind and offered a competitive price and the work turned out exactly as he said it would. My wife and I are really happy.

Lee did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it and was very informative about the whole process and care for the floors after. He came out every day to make sure everything was done to his standards and communicated the status to me each day. The finished product is absolutely beautiful! Lee Pence came recommended to us. So glad that I took the recommendation. Lee and his wife met with me prior to the job starting and answered a lot of questions on site. He was always responsive via phone call, text, and email. His crew came in and were patient as we chose the color of the floors. We decided to go very dark Ebony color. They walked us through the entire process. The outcome was fantastic! They did an excellent job cleaning up the majority of the dust which was a bonus for us! We highly recommend them. Top Notch company who takes pride in their work.

Less than a year ago, we had carpet installed by another company. The carpet and the installation was less than advertised. It looked so bad that we wanted it replaced. All in less than a year. We though we wanted hardwoods or laminate installed. Lee and company came out to the home, brought samples of what we thought we wanted and recommended Armstrong Pryzm because we have 2 dogs. After a couple weeks of research on my part, we engaged Lee and Professional Installed Floors to rip out the old carpet in the dining, living rooms and hallway, remove the vinyl in the kitchen and install Natural Acacia Pryzm. Wow! What a difference. It looks like hardwood and wears like concrete. This solid core flooring is a winner. We both love the look. We highly recommend the team at Professional Installed Floors.

We've had hardwood floors installed before, but this crew was the best in our years of experience. From getting the quote through the last appointment they were always on-time. They listened to our special needs and didn't take the easy way out for them when it came to matching the adjacent room floors and tile. Their work was impeccable and the people were pleasant and courteous and took all the necessary precautions to protect the rest of the house. There was never a mess left inside or out. Their quote was very competitive with no surprise charges. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat and whole heartedly recommend them.

They did an amazing job at our house! This family owned company won our business by the quality of their professionalism, knowledge and politeness. The job was delivered with excellence. Everything was done on time as promised. We were also very impressed by how organized and clean they were during the entire project. Initially we decided to change just the downstairs flooring. After seeing how great it looked, we decided to have Lee replace the upstairs flooring as well. We couldn't be any happier with our choice of contractor. They never pressured us. They were very helpful, thorough and highly responsive. We would definitely use them again and certainly recommend them. Many thanks to Lee, Noah, Chris, Johnny, Pedro and all other staff members that made our house look brand new again!
