Trent was very professional, explained all actions and parts that would be required for the repair. Price was a bit more than i expected, but i could tell they were trying to work with me - gave me options for every step before they began the work. Highly recommend.

They effectively cleared a clog in the kitchen pipes. When I asked in advance the cost to root the pipes I was told they couldn't provide a standard cost but when they went to the site to do the repair I was given a std cost....wish they had told me that in the beginning as I had cheaper rates for same procedure from other providers.
