They fixed both problems in minutes. I ended up replacing both outside lights with new LEDs that work so much better than before and I can't say enough at how well a job they did at educating me, patiently answering my million questions (and I really did ask a ton of them), letting me watch what they were doing, and the many options for replacement lights they offered.
