Avoid This Company We hired Cash and his crew from Lime N Bricks to install artificial turf around our pool and backyard area at a cost of over $18,000. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been deeply disappointing, and we do not recommend this company to anyone considering their services. Here are the key issues we encountered: Improper Drainage: Despite being assured that proper drainage would be established during installation, we identified significant water pooling in several areas. We've lodged multiple complaints, but the company has yet to address the issue. Inadequate Base Installation and Compacting: There are noticeable areas where the base installation and compacting were poorly executed, resulting in unevenness and dips. Although we informed Lime N Bricks of this problem, they have done nothing to rectify it. Seaming Issues: The turf has visible seaming problems, with sections lifting, coming up, or exposing cement and gaps instead of seamless turf coverage. Lumps: Several areas developed lumps just weeks after installation, further diminishing the appearance and functionality of our new turf. Overall, our experience with Lime N Bricks has been subpar. The company appears to lack integrity, as we have been chasing Cash and his team for months to fix our turf issues, only to receive unfulfilled promises, excuses, delayed responses, or no response at all. Despite professionally giving Cash, aka Lime N Bricks, several attempts to redeem themselves, they have consistently failed to comply. We strongly advise future customers to avoid Lime N Bricks and seek a more reliable and professional service provider.
