They discovered that it wasn't the transmission, instructed me to go to the original shop who had done repair work, and only charged me a diagnostics fee. I was impressed with their honesty and knowledge. Very nice.

I'd give them all "A's" across the board. I would use them again and I will. They've been in business over 30 years. I had an estimate done on the car from another company and they wanted over $1300 for the same job. I knew I was going to take it to Weeks anyway but I just wanted to see. The other company told me I needed a new master cylinder. I took it to Weeks, man's name is Chuck, I told him I was there for the brake job and to let me know if it needed a master cylinder. So he came back and said there is nothing wrong with the master cylinder, which I suspected. So you have to be careful there are a lot of sharks out there. He did a great job.

Great people. I was quoted a lower price prior to Weeks but that business was unsure and very unprofessional/offensive. But I went to Weeks for a second opinion and was overly happy with the professionalism even though the diagnostic was the same as the rude shop. My car is going to be ready by Friday, the 3k was a bit steep for a college student but I'm willing to pay for professionalism, accuracy and warranty. John Weeks(before giving me the diagnostic) tried everything he could because my car showed no signs of transmission failure. Thanks Weeks for servicing the CSRA, we're lucky to have you!

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Weeks Transmission Service. I set up an appointment and brought in my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am SE1 for a transmission flush and a free diagnostic (using an Angie's List coupon). This was part of my 100,000 mile vehicle maintenance. I received excellent service, and the final price came in even lower than the estimate I was quoted when I set up the appointment. The diagnostic revealed no other issues with the transmission, and the mechanic even complimented me on how well I've been maintaining my vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to the great service given by both the receptionist and the mechanic.

These guys have been great. They are very courteous and call with all pertinent information before starting any work. They saved me a good bit last year on the brake job by giving me the option of having a refurbished brake controller installed on my old truck. They are also punctual with a good turn around.

Great job. I took the car to the shop at 4 pm and Mike Weeks checked the car and immediately found the problem. He gave me an estimate and promised to have the car ready the following day. The shop called me at noon the following day to tell me the car was ready. This is really a great shop. The staff was friendly and professional.

Very well. They located the problem and ordered the part promptly and get it fixed the next visit. They waived the diagnosis fee since I decided to let them work on it and the total cost is actually much less than the estimate they gave me. They are very honest people and know what they are doing very well. I trust them with all my cars for the past 8 years and will do for the years to come. Recommended them to everyone I know and they all love Week's transmission.

I walked into the shop on a Monday morning first thing. The staff was very professional and it was obvious they knew what they were talking about. I explained the issue I was having with my truck and the gentleman took the truck out for a test drive. I have alot of experience with automotive repair but I didn't have the tools or time to fix this particular problem. I had a good idea of how much it should cost. The gentleman came back inside and told me what he thought it was, gave an estimate on time and money. He was spot on with all of it. I left the truck there and I got a call the next afternoon telling me the truck was finished. When I arrived the truck was finished and fixed as promised. The bill was what he quoted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The services performed were, replacing all the bearings and seals in the rearend, and a transmission drain and fill. At the end of it all I found out it was one of the owners that did all the quoted and diagnostic work. I will reccommend the shop to anyone I know that needs work. They were great.

My car was literally shaking when I drove as well as making a loud noice upon acceleration and deceleration around 40mph. They determined that it was caused by a bad hub bearing and also that the belts were seperating on that tire. My tires were under warranty at the dealer so they put the tire on the back for me for safety reasons. My car drives fine now. Only question I have is that when I then took it to the dealer for the bad tire, they insisted there is nothing wrong with it.....???? I guess I'll find out who is right if and when the tire blows.
