Home Building
Terrible. Long delays, ripoff add-on pricing. Extremely poor subcontractors. I kept being told this or that subcontractor(s) was so bad they'd never use him again. I guess I was the test home. Very poor supervision. They'll smile to your face and stab you in the back. I write this today on this site because I've been trying all week to get a name with whom I could be in touch regarding my treatment but their main office doesn't respond. The fellow who was supposed to be in charge of my build is evidently not with the company any longer. In fairness, however, I need to say that the rep at the Augusta Office is a very decent, caring and honorable person.
