I went to Tires Plus Total Car Care where they did the repair work on my vehicle. It was a very bad experience and they were very rude. I was told that the repairs that were needed to be done were not actually needed and I'm still having issues with the vehicle. I was very dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone. I was thrilled that Angie’s List offered me help on how to resolve my complaint and after a few questions I was told they would get back in touch with me.

"On 1/25/12 we performed a diagnostic on (Member)'s car. We explained that it would require either a coil pack or a control module to address the trouble code that was indicated on the diagnostic check. During the inspection we damaged the bezel (trim ring) on th ecoil pack. We replaced that part at no charge. Also the part needed to address the code was the control module. We installed that at no charge, that part normally would cost $149.99 plus $65 installation. Still not satisfied, she contacted my superior and he arranged for her to take her car to another one of our stores and they installed the coil pack at no charge to her. That part costs around the same price as the control module. We have already given her $329 worth in parts and labor. We have fixed the problem she came in with an apologized to her for her inconvenience. Do you think she is due another $100?"
