I can't speak highly enough about Roman and the Space Create team. They listened to our vision and brought it to life. The attention to detail follow through is rare these days. It's refreshing to know that there are still craftsman that take pride in their work and do what they say when they say. We look forward to working with them again on future projects. 10/10

Everything went perfect and as planned; they more than exceeded expectations. Not only that, they beat other competitors that I was looking into in terms of price and selection. Everything was efficient and done correctly over a 2 day period in which they replaced two bathroom vanities and completed necessary plumbing work. I would 100% recommend Roman and Space Create Renovations because you WILL get the better price and the better quality of work. I'll definitely be going back to get more work done.

It’s been 3 months now and I cannot stop showing off my new countertops. Everything promised was delivered on time and with such professionalism. I never felt so comfortable during any transaction.

From the moment that we meet with Roman we knew exactly what we want it done, the process run smoothly for the most part, as expected in a major Reno some structural issues were uncover, but we’re resolved to our satisfaction, he did an excellent job modifying our original design to adapt to the circumstances and even gave us excellent advise and very valuable suggestions, his team of professionals were amazing, for someone new in the area we felt very lucky to have found him, the demo, new tile floors, new electrical and AC position was changed, the layout of the kitchen with his very knowledgeable and courteous contractor was the best decision we made. Our countertops and backsplash looks amazing!!! And the whole first floor looks like from a Living Magazine. Roman explained the process in detail and the price was incredibly fair compared to other 3 contractors we budget with. All in all we are very grateful to him and his team, will definitely recommend his company to any kind of renovation project. He is a committed and honest contractor who will listen to you and and will finish your project to your satisfaction. Absolutely recommend.

Due to limited storage space in our kitchen, we decided to create a pantry in part of our breakfast nook area. The rest of the kitchen already had custom cabinets so we were hoping for the pantry to look seamless with the existing cabinetry. Although we had a few bumps in the road getting the project started, the pantry exceeded our expectations in appearance and functionality. We already don't know what we would do without it. It features fixed shelves as well as sliding shelves and quiet cabinet doors that match our other cabinet doors. They were also able to match the paint color of our existing cabinetry for the new pantry. Installation took four visits to the house. During the first visit the height of the ceiling had previously been mis-measured so the pantry was too tall to fit. Roman's crew took it back to the shop to cut it down to size and came back the next day to resume installation. There were some supply issues that prevented all of the slider mechanisms from coming in, so they had to come back about a week later to finish installing the sliding shelves and cabinet doors. The doors didn't have the right hinges, so we then waited about another week for the proper hinges to be installed so that the doors fit correctly. After all that and some touchup caulk and paint, the pantry looks great and looks like it has been there all along. With some improvement in communication and a greater focus to detail, I would have given 5 stars. Overall, they did a great job once all was said and done and we are happy with the product!

In a world where you can't get anyone to do anything they say, Roman was a breath of fresh air. He says what's going to happen, then he makes it happen. I'm building a brand new home. Thus far, Roman and my tile guy are the only help I've had where I didn't have to go behind them and fix mistakes. Install looks great as well as the granite. Prices are very reasonable. If you have a job that needs done, Roman is the man to get it done.

Roman worked hard to find us exactly the material we wanted for our countertop. He communicated well what was going on as he searched for, and then prepared the material. The final solution looks great.

Roman and his crew were a delight! Very professional from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to renovate your bathrooms and kitchen!

Roman provided a written estimate that was detailed and very competitive. He then met us at his show room to make our tile selections. He offered advice when I was indecisive about some choices and I’m glad I listened because he was absolutely correct. Work began with demo in a timely manner and proceeded at a good pace. We had some wall damage due to termite issues that he had to address. Identified and repaired an issue with my toilet flange. He would not tolerate sub standard work that had been done previously. He left work areas clean at the end of each day and made minimal mess during the day. Came in on schedule even with a few of my add-ons. The final result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! (We are still waiting on shower door placement because measurements have to be taken for them after the shower is constructed and they are installed by an independent contractor, so that is to be expected. Just to explain photos!)
