Mechanic and Shannon were excellent, but prices were far higher than expected. They tried to overcharge by 200 until I insisted the quote was less. Quote for used drive shaft was $1010 installed! I found the same product on Ebay for $173 delivered! I complained via online submission- nothing so far.
Mechanic was far more talented than my usual guy, but I refuse to overpay.

We love the service there. They are very timely. It is easily accessible.

Drove up early on a weekend morning to find myself already behind three other customers. (Ok, so I don't get up early on the weekends.) The service desk clerk was very polite as they dealt with the earlier customers. On my turn they asked if I had been there before, I had not, and proceeded to take down my information. Very professional. I was directed to a waiting room and informed there was hot coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate available while I waited. I sat down and logged into the free wifi and waited. It took them about an hour to get to my car, seemed a bit long but there were a lot of people waiting. Given it was the weekend and probable reduced staff, it was understandable. Their workers all seemed real busy. No complaints. I walked around the car to inspect the tire and the engine before I drove off. Oil was changed, tires were rotated, no leaks, no problems. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.

This is a large Ford Dealer with excellent personnel and service attention. Dealer lined up parts and repaired door quickly. We have purchased 2 cars here and have enjoyed the experience.

They are okay and every time I leave the car, they service it. I have used them for 16 years and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent, the work was performed in one hour. The service was an oil change and tire rotation and pre trip inspection. I must also say that I bought the car from Sharon Lynch their internet sales person a year earlier. What a pleasant and professional person she is.

I took my van in to Bobby Jones Ford to get the rear axle checked. The service adviser Doug Beasley greeted me and told me that they would check it out. After about twenty minutes I was called by Doug to see some supposedly worn out steering components of my van, which was now raised in the air with one of the tires off. The mechanic, Pete Boyleston, was talking to me and gesturing at the front end of my truck saying that there was something wrong with the linkage and even had another technician shake the front end to show me the and quot;playand quot; in the system. All the while Mr. Boyleston would not look me in the eye and said that the and quot;front end is shot and must be replaced and they would have to keep it over the weekend and order parts. I did see that there was some play in the linkage right were there seemed to be a very loose nut with fresh clean exposed threads, very unlike the rest of the truck that was coated in the road grime that is under the rest of the truck. I protested and both Doug and Pete both told me how the front end was not safe. I instructed Pete to put my wheel back on and to re tighten the nut, which he protested and said that the loose nut wasn't the problem and that the and quot;whole front endand quot; was and quot;shotand quot; and that I couldn't have the truck. I insisted and left.
I called another mechanic and asked him to inspect the front end. He told me that the nuts were and quot;too cleanand quot; and that someone recently had a wrench on them and that they were now only hand tight. In about ten minutes my van was back in good shape. I called back to Bobby Jones Ford and asked to speak to Doug, my service adviser, I told him exactly what was done to my truck and that it doesn't need any parts replaced. Doug's response; and quot;Well, I don't know what to say.and quot;

A year later I bought my wife a car from a different Ford dealer and took it to that dealer for service. To my surprise, I saw Mr. Boyleston there working in that service department. Needless to say, I turned around and left.

Now, it's 2011 and I still have the same van with the same front end and have never had a problem.

Worst part of it all. I already knew both Doug and Pete for over ten years and was trusting them to do the right thing.
