I’m an active customer of theirs and I have had very good results. I don’t have any dislikes. I have already recommended them to friends because of their service and the customer service with their people that come out to your house. They’re just very accommodating and very customer service oriented. I have not shopped because if I was not happy with the customer service, it’s definitely worth something or you have to be able to put a price on customer service, so even if they are not the cheapest, their customer service is worth me paying more.

I like them. I don’t have any problems with them. I haven’t had any problems since they start coming. I see it. I had a problem with termites and now I don’t. When I call them, they come and I never have to call them in between times.

Nothing stands out because I don't have to compare to them to be honest. They're the first company that I've used for the pest control and I don't have any reasons to go find somebody else. Sometimes, the service tech comes out to my particular location and call me 9 o'clock at night to confirm his work. I'm an early sleeper. I'm pretty comfortable for what I'm paying.

Treated the house inside and out for insects. Came back when the initial treatment failed, and kept applying insecticide until problem solved. Treated the outside of the house for termites using termite traps.

They called ahead to schedule the appointment and to see if I had any specific concerns that would need to be taken care of at the appointment. None this time, but they have other times. They adjusted the day to fit my conflict with their schedule. They also let me know someone different would be coming. He was right on time, which I wasn't. He was about to start on the outside of the house, a great use of the appointment time. But he was great about the short delay. When asked about why the change in personnel, he said the previous team had been the owner and his grandson! I'd had no idea. They had just done a great job like all their employees have. I've had several people on this route and they did the same quality job. Did a clean job, left my gates and doors closed and locked and were conscientious about their work.

This company has provided excellent, timely service with a professional yet friendly demeanor. The representative has been here as scheduled and has done an excellent, thorough job of treating the house and immediate area. I found at one point that I had a mouse that had gotten into the kitchen and under the dishwasher. He came immediately, told me what he had done and how to follow through, and the problem was solved. I simply could not be more pleased with them. Thank you so very much for providing me the opportunity to find such a reliable, competent company. I signed up for the long haul.

Allgood always does a great job. We have them spray the outside of the house quarterly. If we have seen inside bugs, they spray inside also. The same young man comes each time and also removes spider webs from around the outside, if necessary. He is very courteous, regular in his visits and prompt. We are completely satisfied with this company.

Goes ok. Don't do much. Worth it to document pest control for mortgage and resell? Not sure, continued cost after initial effort seems exorbitant, perhaps it is their liability issues if pest damage is reported? Occasionally trap placement is a problem. Once, several years ago, cut a buried phone line.
