Description of Work: Termite and pest control for residence. It was a ROCKY start with serious miscommunication between home office and technician. My first billing was all wrong, and when the guy showed up to do my service, he only had half of the plan I ordered. Second service I had to call and find out when someone was coming, even though I had ordered a bi-monthly plan. I now have a new service technician, and all has been going smoothly since the change. Always on time, service is great, and I'm very pleased with the pest control! Will continue to use. Recommend that you really ask for a great technician to be assigned to you if you use this company. Makes a big difference in the level of satisfaction you have! If I would have done this rating based on my first two services, it would have been a D at best, but now I'm happy!

Description of Work: put centricon termite protection around home. Did as contracted. Required us to sign a contract for continued annual monitoring at 280 which I did not realize at the time I signed up. Would have investigated and comparison shopped more if I had known this was a requirement.
