The Certified Specialist, Zach Larkins, arrived on Time and went over All of the Details with me Before starting the Job. After doing a sample of what needed to be Cleaned, Zach wanted me to review his Work before going any further. I ASSURE YOU that I am more than Satisfied with the End Results and would RECOMMEND this Company before Calling anyone else. All of the Bleach Stains that were visible in my Carpet are NO LONGER VISIBLE and I Appreciate Zach doing the Job VERY WELL and being so Professional during the Visit. "High Praise " to this YOUNG MAN and the Service he provided. THANK YOU !!!!!!

They quoted one price and charged me another. Then they didn't get the stains out. Now I have to rent a steam cleaner.
