Description of Work: Live person answered telephone. Immediately stated they did not do stump grinding and referred me to who they use in my area. Referral was excellent doing job quickly (5 stumps and extensive root grinding) and at reasonable price.

Description of Work: Originally, Ian came out and was very professional. I needed some trees trimmed and a tree to be braced, but because no one had returned my calls for nearly a week, I had a friend come over to trim the trees nearest my house. Ian showed up as my friend was on the roof and I explained the situation. At that point, all I needed was for a tree, which was splitting down the middle due to the ice storm this winter, to be braced. I was quoted $100 to install 4 steel rods through 4 different points in the tree. He said he'd be calling first thing during the following week, and so I waited patiently. After several days, I called their office and spoke with Nikki. She was very nice and seemed irritated that no one had gotten back with me about setting up an appointment, which Ian said he could arrange within a week. After two weeks of calling and then being promised that Ian would call me back directly, Nikki said that Ian would squeeze me in after one of his other jobs on Saturday. Ian never called, but did show up with two other men. They were gone in 20 minutes after installing just one of the 4 steel rods. I received the invoice a few weeks ago and noticed I was still being charged what I was quoted, despite having only 1/4 of the work performed. I called their office yet again, spoke with Nikki, and was told she would speak with Ian about the discrepancy and then would call me back. That was over nearly two weeks ago. The brace was installed cleanly, but overall I am disappointed with their customer service. It's almost as if because the job was only $100 in revenue, they didn't deem it important. Maybe that's not the case, but I have a feeling if the job were $1000 or more, I wouldn't have had trouble getting them to return my calls.

Description of Work: Never responded to my request to actually do the job.

Description of Work: Contracted to prune large pecan tree and repair cables ( placed by this company a couple of years ago) that were damaged by the ice storm. A month ago after the estimate of cost was agreed upon, they failed to show and we waited 4 hours after the appointment time. We were called on Friday of last week and informed by voicemail that they would be here today. We called them and made the appointment for between 8 and 8:30 am. We were explicit that we would not wait beyond this window and were assured they would be on time. At 8:45 we called them and they "were on the way". At 8:55 am we called them again and they were "30 minutes out". We told them not to bother, we will find another company. They showed up at 9:20 am and were not allowed on the property.
