We have lived here less than a month and I have requested at least 10 repairs. Appointments are not available for repairs for at least a week - even for a non-working toilet! They repairmen are overworked, overbooked, and therefore always late, if they come at all. The supplies needed for repairs are often unavailable for days. The yard workers are maniacs on large machines. They do a terrible job in every aspect. When I call the office to ask about anything, much less complain, I am treated with disdain. Do not ever live in a rental managed by Balfour Beatty! The only reason I gave them a C under "Quality of Work" is the actual repairmen who do the work seem to be qualified. It's the management that is the problem!
