I had a very hard time with getting what I wanted across to him and his workers, especially when it came to texture on the walls and paint colors and how I wanted it applied, we never did get it to my satisfaction, I just gave up in frustration and of course with every color (he kept insisting his way was better than my way) he billed me for his errors. The cabinets he had installed (special order made) came apart and the carpenter that built them had to come back out and repair the damage. I had some small issues that I called several times to get him to come out and take care (since he told us up front our satisfaction and his customer service is the most important part of his business) of and it took about 8 to 12 weeks and several phone calls to get these small issue's taken care of. After talking to other contractors and friends and neighbors that have had the same type of job I had said they paid no where near as much as we put out for this job.
