I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY, MAY 16TH BETWEEN 1&5. TO MY SURPRISE I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AT 11:00AM TO SEE IF IT WOULD BE OK FOR THE TECH TO COME EARLY. HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE IN 15 MINUTES. HE WAS AND FIXED OUR REFRIGERATOR TO MY SATISFACTION.
