OUR OLD SYSTEM DROWN IN A HOUSE FLOOD AND WE NEEDED TO REPLACE. THE PERSON WHO PUT IN OUR ORIGINAL SYSTEM RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY, SINCE HE DOESN'T WORK WITH THE NEW COMPUTER TYPE SYSTEMS. SOUTHERN SET UP A TEMPORARY SYSTEM WHILE REPAIRS WERE BEING MADE AND THEN INSTALLED A PERMANENT ONE. WE HAD SOME UNUSUAL AREAS TO BE COVERED AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT PROVIDING SOLUTIONS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO HAVE WORKING IN THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO USE THE NEWEST KIND OF SYSTEMS. I DIDN'T GET ANY OTHER BIDS FOR THE JOB, BUT THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR ALL THE WORK NEEDED.
