Eddie was really professional. Cleaned all my Vents and air ducts. I recommend this business they did a great job. I also upgraded my service to get a warranty. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this vendor. Eddie was very helpful when he came into my home. He made sure all my vents were cleaned thoroughly. Also inspected for mold and bacteria. I recommend the full service so you can get the warranty.

They were available to come even on Sunday, but I scheduled for a Monday. They called when they were going to be late.

Safe House were hired to clean the 90 feet of air conditioning duct system and dryer duct ---the work done was unsatisfactory. The technicians only cleaned the return duct and used only 15 feet of hose with brush. When questioned twice about only using 15 feet of equipment on a 90 foot duct system, they stated that that's all you need, the dirt further up in the duct work will fall down and you only paid for a "Special". Here in Frederick County, a "Special" price is a rate to encourage people to hire you and hire you back at your regular rates. Evidently, the employees of this company think "Special rates" are to do only 1/3 of the job they are hired to do. The dryer duct was never touched and the clean air returns were never vacuumed. I took pictures of a few of our clean air return ducts and they were filled with dirt and abundant amount of dog hair. I sent the company and Home Advisor pictures of our floor clean air ducts with hopes that Safe House would do the "Right" thing and reimburse us of our money. Not reimbursed as of yet.

The crew did a great job explaining the work they were going to be doing and how it the process would help the overall living environment in my house. They were quick and professional.

The team who cleaned my ducts were helpful, knowledgeable, and did a great job. The ducts were fully cleaned and ready to go upon departure. However, upon arrival - we were quoted an extra $500 to clean. We had some mold, but i believe that is "normal" for duct work, and should have been part of the cleaning fee. I wasn't home, and my spouse felt cornered and pressured on the spot to pay the extra. I think pricing could have been better up front.

He tried to sell me fro some extra service that I might not need, the whole project only take 40 minutes, shorter than other company. The cleaning is very basic, pretty much use big vacuum to suck on the vents. Did not clean up the floor when the work was finished(dust from vacuum is everywhere on the floor) Updates: surprising, got a phone call from the owner of the company who had advised that he took my concerns and reviews very seriously as his goal is to make his customers happy. He even offered to refund my payment for unsatisfied service. Has excellent customer service , it looks like the company is willing to make every effort to win the customers. For this reason, I update my review and give them 4.5 to 5.

After my initial negative review I received a phone call from safe house offering to come back and redo the job. I accepted their offer and was very pleased with the service the second time around. Eddie was polite and competent. Thank you Safe House.

The actual job of cleaning our dryer vent was fine, but they ignored my warnings about sliding our our stacked W/D and ended up destroying the drip pan that was underneath the washer. They offered to give me new dryer hose/ducting for free but I didn't accept - I was concerned they may have damaged the floor drain and/or my washer. They tried to pressure me to take the free hose and the manager avoided talking to me on the phone for almost an hour but I persisted until he finally agreed and agreed to pay for someone to inspect the area and replace the drip pan. Eddie was polite the entire time but I can only imagine what would have happened had I been a more timid person or a senior citizen. I think I would have been steam rolled.

Eddie was exceptional. He walked me into everything that he was going to do. Eddie work is too notch. I purchased an new washer and dryer and wasn't able to use the dryer. Eddie came and unclogged the dryer vent. Having done this less than 2 months, I'm able to use the dryer.

David and Ethan arrived about 30 minutes after the time window that I chose. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I think they did a good job, but I cannot tell how clean the ducts are without being able to see inside. I think I got good value for the money I was willing to spend. If I have less dust, I will be happy. They were determined to upsell me on the sanitizing. I refused, but we made a deal eventually.

Everything was great!

Get your quote in writing. Make sure the tech does each item/job agreed on in your quote. The tech did a good job, I wish he would have come prepared with a trash bag and a liner or dirt catcher for the floor or ground for the debris that came out of the vent. The tech said he doesn't clean up...which if he did that would have been worth an extra review star.
