Remax got our house sold in 5 days. This is very remarkable in the real estate market today. Our realtor was very informative and easy to reach. She explained everything to us and even cut her commission to 4.5% from the regular 6%. We made a $20,000 profit. I'm not sure of the exact commission amount that we paid.
