Window Treatment Service
I ordered (and paid for) some roman shades in July. I had emailed them at that time to see if the shades could be made cordless and was told that they could. I then ordered them and was not told until September that they could not in fact make them cordless and would refund my money. It has now been one month since they claimed they refunded me, when in fact I still have not gotten my money back. I just checked with them again and was told that "the wrong customer got refunded." I still have no shades and no refund.
