They were great. They were professional. They came quickly. They found a solution that did not tear up our house or yard.

Booking the appt. was a breeze. Josh called to tell me he was on his way - and arrived on time. He speedily addressed the issue and told me how to fix it in the future. Additionally he noticed the drain was rusty and ran ice several times to help improve the situation. The whole visit took less than thirty minutes and everythingn is working again!

A neighborhood plumber had installed a new kitchen faucet. Within a short time, the hot water became a trickle. Several calls, a missed appointment and no call-back prompted me to go elsewhere. The people at PlumbWorks were punctual, called prior to coming, were knowledgeable, and did both jobs quickly and professionally. There was a piece of rubber blocking the hot water faucet; it probably came from the supply line -- and even I know it shouldn't have been there. The other thing I asked for for was the parts in the 30-plus year old toilet tank to be replaced. One part just came off when it was touched. They left for parts and fixed it quickly upon their return. There have been no further occurrences of a dripping sound due to a chip in the tank (which can be a challenge) or the flapper hanging up & the water running unnecessarily.

Set appointment that worked for me. Called to coordinate when running late. Did work within service call charge plus part. Cleaned up, polite and efficient.

They are very punctual. They do very meticulous work. They were very prompt and always come quickly if there is an emergency. They cleaned up their mess when they leave. They are very professional. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The plumber that came out has been working the Sandy Springs/Brookhaven area for years and we had several friends in common...great guy...would have him back for any other issue that arose.

Excellent work, on time and great follow-up. One connection in the bathroom leaked under the house, so they sent someone out the next day to repair for no charge. They are true professionals. House is covered under their discount plan for $129 per year

I called Plumb Works, they came out the Monday following the weekend. They called to confirm and were here within 45 minutes. It took the service man 3 hours to unclog the toilet. They gave us great advice on how to avoid this in the future. They did a great job.

He showed me how to do things with the disposal if it did this again. He even gave me a tool to do this work. This was the first time I had used his services and I was very happy with the work he did.

While pricing was a little higher than I am used to for plumbing - the quality of work and punctuality made up for it. They did offer an "insurance" plan for $129 which was actually more of a discount price schedule.

The good thing was that they agreed to come out the same day I called. The rest of the visit was totally unsatisfactory.

Plumbworks did a great job. They showed up on time and figured out that it was the float lever that wasn't working. They replaced the float and sealed everything back up.

I called them to get an estimate, but they can't guarantee the total cost. They quoted us a price that included the service call. They made an appointment for the next day and called before they arrived. He explained how to remove the drain stoppers so we are able to clean the drains ourselves. I think that they did a great job. They put on little booties to enter our home.

We called Plumb Works after another company (which had been highly rated on one of the "free" service rating websites) came out. What a lousy experience. The other guy gave us an estimate of $1500 including $800 for the pump (they sell for $300 or so online). I told him I always get a second estimate for work costing this much. He immediately "had to call his manager" and then said "we really want your business and will reduce the charge to $1000." So...if I had been a trusting customer I would have been ripped off for $500. To make it worse, I suspect he was out to cheat not just us but his employer, as when he left, he gave us a PERSONAL business card, said to call him, and "oh by the way don't tell my boss I gave you this." Crooks! Called Plumb Works on the rave recommendation of a neighbor. This time figured I'd do more background work and signed up for Angie's List. Found that they were indeed A-rated here. Totally different experience. The plumber was neat, polite, and on-time, driving a clean, well-kept truck. He wore shoe covers, got to work and showed me what was wrong with our pump. He quoted me $950 including a much higher grade cast iron pump, and that included the $129 fee for a one year service contract (could have done it for about $25 less without it, but the discount from the service contract almost made up for the membership fee). Then, I added the coupon (available here on Angie's List) to take another $50 off. We are totally satisfied with this experience and will certainly use them the next time we need a plumber. Thanks to Angie's List too for the help.

OK. Worker showed up an hour late because our five year old housing development was not on any map. He was neat, clean, courteous and fixed the problem immediately. He probably worked on the problem for an hour. When I called, I was told the visit would cost $69 just for the trip. No problem. With a simple issue such as this, I made the mistake to contract for the repair, never dreaming the cost would be $230 (after a $50 discount thanks to Angie's List). The charge seemed far more than the service rendered.

Fantastic! Three plumbers had been out to see the job previously, and none had succeeded. Jeff spent one morning in my crawl space in the pouring rain to diagnose the leak. He gave me a fair estimate and then was able to return 2 days later for the job. He and his partner completed the job in a timely fashion. They had to come up with an alternate plan to route the new gas line (more old house idiosyncrasies), but the finished product looks great. More importantly, I no longer smell gas! There were no additional charges, and they honored my website coupon.

They had to come back to fix something minor after the original work. They do guarantee their work, so they came right back with no problems.

Work was well done, but more complicated than initially expected. However, service rep called to inform of work conditions and to get approval before performing a more expensive job than expected. After work was completed, the technician called me directly for follow-up instructions and additional information he had gathered.

The gentleman came over and gave me a estimate, what needed to be done, what it was going to cost. Besides that, I had also some questions to be answered and he was able to do that.

Replacing a toilet seal for these guys is no big deal, but Eric asked me to get him some Windex and took the extra time to clean up under the base of the toilet - saying "You're never going to get another chance to clean this up, so lets do it right". If that kind of attitude is what the slightly elevated price went towards I'd call it a bargain and gladly hand it over again.
