This company is great! They use flat rate pricing based on the type of residence and the number of bedrooms. I have three dogs so there is a lot of dog hair on the floors. I have hardwoods and they do a good job on them. They dust everything, including the window sills and their pricing includes loading the dishwasher and making beds. They have some extra services such as appliance cleaning, window cleaning, laundry, etc, but you know exactly what they are going to charge you. They use PayPal and just send you an email invoice. They also have subscription services. Their website is really cool! They show up or they call if they are running a little late. They have a 200% guarantee.
