The installation of our new hot water heater went pretty smooth, however there was still no hot water. I had to contact him to let him know. He came back and noticed that the breaker needed to be reset. Everything seems to be fine now.

They came out to give us a quote but had all the equipment with them. As soon as we got the quote and agreed, they did the job right then and there. Good customer service, professional and timely.

Even though I missed their confirmation calls, they got someone to our house the same day of our scheduled appointment. We needed a new water heater, which they replaced right away and at a fair price. We will be calling them for future projects!

Great communication through every step from when I first choose Bluefrog until they actually did the work. Wonderful workers very professional explained every aspect of the project. They left the area clean when finished, and took their trash. I will definitely use Bluefrog again when I have a plumbing issue.

Melvin was beyond excellent!! He is professional, knowledgeable and so respectful of me and my property. Steve's customer service was also excellent. I got so lucky, in a very difficult situation to find Bluefrog. (A drain was blocked and the sewage was backed up. YUK!!) In the future, I will use Bludfrog for any plumbing needs and refer them to my friends.

Excellent response time. Saturday visit without emergency fees. Larger repair needed to be done on outside waterline scheduled on Monday. Weather an issue and they called to reschedule for the next day. Not a problem. Daniel Wright was very professional and candid to the perfect level in discussing what needed to be done. My research confirmed I was getting a very fair price for needed repairs. 17 years in this home and have been through and I have been through 5 different plumbers/companies for various concerns. Please give Bluefrog a chance and keep them around for future needs.

Daniel and Steve worked on installing a replacement water heater in my condo. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They also made sure to communicate with me regarding what they were doing and why they had to do it. I am a person that is very careful about making referrals but I would recommend this company and Daniel and Steve to anybody. Their customer service is also the best!!!

Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He installed my new outside faucet quickly, then advised me about the high water pressure situation I had, and persisted in the search for the water meter until he found it and installed a PRV. I had been told about this problem before but no one knew where the water meter was, hidden away in the front yard. Great job, Daniel!

They knew what they were doing.

We had our sump pump burn out during a very bad rainstorm and at nite. Secured blue frog from home advisor online late at nite. They called immediately and said would be out first thing in the morning.Melvin showed up on time and was very thorough. So professional. After a very long nite of removing water from well with wet vac it was great to deal with a caring professional company.

Quickly brought our old home up to code and did superb work. Highly recommended.

Bluefrog Plumbing did an exceptional job replacing our main waterline, being careful not to tear up my zoysia grass front yard. They also did additional work for us (putting in a pressure reducing valve, modifying plumbing in crawl space, replacing tub stems and hardware, and replacing toilets). All of these jobs were done efficiently and correctly the first time. The technician was very skilled and very professional. The company is fairly new (1+ years), but the owner has over 30 years of experience as a general contractor and business owner. Very good warranty on work. Overall great experience with Bluefrog, both the work and customer service. Prices are competitive with other companies and they are fully insured. They most certainly exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again.

I was impressed that the man volunteered to go into a fairly small crawl space and go in about 30 ft. to inspect the joint to the septic tank. Not an easy or a clean task for a good sized man.
