Great customer service however the price for a simply fix was very high as their standard diagnostic fee is not cheap. However the repairman (Melvin) was great.

The plumber Steve Gonzales, came on a Saturday night to assess the leak. He determined it was the shower head, and he went out bought a new one to my specifications, returned and installed it. He also checked all the toilets for any value leaks (which was a bonus). He then inspected all the plumbing and made recommendations for the future in my 1974 home. Steve was very professional and accommodating. We definitely will be calling him again for future work. It was very rewarding to use HomeAdvisor and receive such immediate service. Thanks to Homeadviser and BlueFrog for making our peace of mind return.
