They seem to be okay and they do well in all areas.

I need to continue the termite coverage, and find that if I chose another company now, they would have to retreat. Orkin had covered this house from the time it was built, and we have had them since 1978 when we bought the property.

The charge has gone up every year, and every year the inspector has tried to sell another service. The past two years they have tried to sell insulation; prior to 2011 the inspector never went in the attic. I question the need for termite inspection of the attic. They also try to sell other pest control. When I said we were well satisfied with our present pest control of roaches and ants, the inspector said he'd never heard of them and questioned once-a-year treatment for roaches. Every year they send a different inspector; the other pest control and maintenance people send the same man every time so you feel more comfortable having them in your home. This inspector was courteous and inspected the outside of the house and the basement and turned out the lights as he went, but I don't feel like I am getting my money's worth and I resent the constant sales pitches.

We've used Orkin for a number of years and we're pleased with them.

I like them a lot because they are very prompt, whenever they say they re coming to my home. They make it on time and do a very good job. They re friendly, polite and very easy to work with.
