Description of Work: They replaced the siding side of the house and replaced the area over my front door. |I was given an estimate and in no time the workers were there and completed the job. |Later I called to say a small area on the back was rotting and his workers came out and fixed it for free.

RECEIVED TWO ADDITIONAL SIDING REPAIR ESTIMATES, MR STEVE MOTT, CALLED END OF 8/14/15 RE NATURE OF SIDING WORK AND ESTABLISH ESTIMATE 8/17/15. ADVISED MR MOTT REQUIRED ESTIMATE 8/14/15 AND COMMITTED TO AUTHORIZED JAMES HARDIE CONTRACTOR PERFORM REPAIR 8/17/15.

Description of Work: The process from initial visit through completion of the project was handled by Chris with Nelson and I can only say that we were 100% satisfied with the whole project. I was surprised that changing from cedar to hardiplank was not anywhere near as expensive as a few years back when getting an estimate from another company. The crew that worked on the house cleaned up after themselves every day and did an excellent job. Communication through the whole project was excellent and we could not be any happier with the results. The pain job after completion of the siding was quick and looks incredible. Description of Work: We were impressed with some work Nelson did on the house next door. We contracted with Nelson Painting to paint the entire exterior of our house, including trim. The company representative came out, reviewed the property, asked us several questions, and set a date for the job. The crew arrived punctually on the agreed date and got straight to work. They used a special paint that is guaranteed to outlast any standard exterior paint for double the standard time. To us, that meant we'd have a viable exterior appearance for the house for several years, and that met with our eager approval. The finished product is stunning. The house looks better than when it was first built seven years ago. The first step the crew performed was to pressure-clean the whole house, even up under the soffits, and let it dry overnight. Then the four-man crew applied the new paint. It was professionals acting professional. Marvelous, quality work. We'll always use Nelson from now on, and we recommend them to our friends without reservation.

Description of Work: The wood on my dormer was rotting; they replaced it with Hardie-Plank siding and painted it and it looks wonderful. They removed the 4-inch gutters, replaced rotting fascia and soffit boards where necessary, painted them, and then installed new 6-inch gutters and it looks just great. They worked quickly, were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Scott gave me a very detailed estimate and Lazaro supervised the project from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Description of Work: I had the inside and outside of my 4500 square foot two story painted, as well as all of the trim work.
