Jackson is a piece of crap.. he is rude and incompetent. He was my property manager for several years and I received several complaints from my tenants about his disrespectful behavior and lack of response for repairs. In addition to the subpar work the people he hires to do repairs. The final straw for me is when he had his maintenance/ handy man attempt to fix a small pipe leak in my basement without my approval or authorization and his horrible work cost me 10s of thousands of dollars in repairs which Jackson is now trying to weasel his way out so I'm suing him. HE IS TOTAL TRASH!!!! He and his company are a total piece of you know what!! Do not hire for any reason!!!

He dropped off the lease and gave the tenant the key without a full security deposit. The tenant he found paid one month’s rent and stayed for four. He worked for the government and had 6 judgments and one lean. However, Jackson must not have thought was important because he said he never saw that. I had to hire another company to try and get my money back and still do not have the $1000.00.
