The tech left the replacement air filter on the floor. He forgot to install it. When I went to install it myself I noticed it was the wrong size and had to go buy a new one at Home Depot. They are a good company but unless they read this review and make things right, I would give a C

This was part of a multiple step project to correct deficiencies in my house's wiring from a bad reno. The Estes guys were great at finding the best way to clean up the wiring and get the new circuit installed. I also used them for the HVAC component and it was nice having the guys from the electrical side and the HVAC side coordinating what need to be done and when without me having to take charge. Overall they were very efficient and effective. They were happy to explain every step and I always felt like I knew what was going on.

I did not request work from Estes Services because of all the bad reviews on The Better Business Breau's web-site !!! In what appears to be retaliation, Estes Services hired a company to fraudulently acquire my social security number. Although I have never signed or agreed to have Estes provide any services they sent negative information to all of the credit reporting agencies which has caused serious problems for my family my business and myself !! I spoke to one of the senior managers and I am of the impression that he was personally responsible for the illegal activity !! please please do your home work before using this company !!!

Their service person was more interested in selling than in service. He told us all the things that were wrong, ow much it would cost and it was in thousands of dollars. We could set up a monthly payment plan He scared us. We have since gone to a local service company.
