 + 0 moreI did not request work from Estes Services because of all the bad reviews on The Better Business Breau's web-site !!! In what appears to be retaliation, Estes Services hired a company to fraudulently acquire my social security number. Although I have never signed or agreed to have Estes provide any services they sent negative information to all of the credit reporting agencies which has caused serious problems for my family my business and myself !! I spoke to one of the senior managers and I am of the impression that he was personally responsible for the illegal activity !! please please do your home work before using this company !!!
Description of Work: no work was performed anywhere for me !! This was FRAUD..........

 + -1 moreI'm not sure the service above that I requested was even checked. After charging me over a $1,000 my system still wasn't working properly. For full disclosure, I did approve all of the services that they suggested. However, afterward I realized that they were just running up the bill. I found out afterward that they charged me almost twice as much as others are still charging for freon. They made no attempt to fix the problem and asked me to sign a document stating that they were not fixing a freon leak. In my naivete I did sign that document because I wasn't completely sure it was a freon leak. I give them an F because they did not try to solve a problem they just wanted to make the money.
Description of Work: HVAC: suction line is hot and DS duct has hole in it supply plenum need to be checked advise $79 service fee
