The Estes technician was on time, professional and showed excellent respect for our home. He wore the shoes covers. Not only did the technician do an exceptional job, he took the time to explain the work he did and to advise us on proper use and care of the HVAC units. I have used Estes for HVAC and Plumbing Service and next spring I plan to use them for some electrical repairs.

My complaints with Estes are they overcharged me for the new unit in 2015 by over $3000. The line that contains freon was not replaced. We used them in 1994 to replace the original unit that was in the house when we purchased it in 1990. That freon line should have been replaced then but was not. There is much more to the story. Now they tell me that the freon line should be replaced because there is a leak. If the line had been replace during either of the whole unit installations, I would not be having AC problems. I have a whole other story about the installation of my overpriced Carrier unit. 404-274-7850
