This was my first experience using this cleaning service and I was very impressed. Two cleaners showed up on time and went straight to work. The oven was particularly hard to clean and looks sparkling clean now. Also the bathrooms were cleaned with great attention to detail. They were amazing! Great attitude, great work ethic with great results! I recommend them highly. Thank you to both of you for the great follow through. Highly Recommend them.

I would say usually my expectations are really high, and many services don't satisfy me, but Crystal Cleaning left me with nothing but satisfaction. I'm a college student living in a 1000 sqft apartment, and within two hours of their arrival, my place was spotless! Everything was organized, my furniture was dusted, my dishes were washed, my rug was vacuumed, and my floor was mopped to the t. I also checked to see if all the stains were removed, and surely enough they were. My windows were also cleaned which were a major plus. They were on time, had a reasonable quota, and cleaned thoroughly. 5/5 would definitely refer this service to all those who wants high-quality service with a friendly staff.

The service was great. My house was spotless when they left. They worked continuously from the time they got there until they left. The personnel were friendly too!

Very good service!

The first two cleaning were great. However, the price would change and I felt inconvience when the maids did not show up when expected or call before their arrivals. When I changed my two weeks cleaning to one month cleaning, I received resistance. The customer service can be improved. And follow-up cleaning services can be improved.

They did an excellent job and I plan to begin using them biweekly.

I was thrilled to see how thorough the cleaning was! They even vacuumed under the sofa cushions, which I have not done in a very long time. They were excellent!

The cleaning crew arrived much later than I expected, but they got right to work once they did arrive. I was impressed by how clean they got the ceiling fans and baseboards, but less impressed with the fridge and master shower. I had to go back and re-do a couple things I wasn't satisfied with. Other than that, the service was good.

I chose this service since they were the first to respond to my sense of urgency.

My home was a big job (deep clean/Spring cleaning) and I needed service quickly (within the week). Miriam responded very quickly for an estimate and was able to schedule me for the cleaning within 2 days.The ladies did a wonderful job. They worked hard. They paid attention to detail and were very courteous. I would highly recommend them. Great value for the price. I will have them come back for biweekly cleanings.

Crystal Cleaning Service did an excellent job with the move out cleaning. We received various comments about how clean the house was from real estate agents and potential buyers.

Ms. Santos and her crew did a very good job of cleaning our home. She and her staff are very conscientious, courteous, and through. It is a pleasure doing business with her.

She forgot our first appointment so we had to call her and then wait for her to arrive. We then scheduled a Saturday appt - she was late so we left the door open and left. She never tried the door, so we had to reschedule again for this coming Saturday. Very frustrating.

What a great experience!! Miriam was very flexible with setting up timing, great follow-up and follow-through, and the house is sparkling. Excellent value and extremely professional. Highly recommended.
