About us
We have engaged in Home Staging and Home Management of vacant listings for over 22 years. Our service contracts with home owners to showcase and professionally present their home on the market. Our home managers are selected based upon their credit criteria, their furnishings that will compliment your vacant home. They must be NON-smokers, typically do not have pets. They understand they must have the home furnished and clean for showings by agents. They understand they may be required to vacate with an 18 notice to do so. The service is FREE to homeowners. We carry a $ 2 million liability policy.

We offer "house sitting" services, as well as showcasing and staging. While staging will cost the home owner client, if we provide a "home manager," the service is FREE.
