Terry came recommended as an expert in dealing with plant infestations. I called him, but he was at a job site at that time so I followed up via email. We were able to schedule an estimation on Saturday, and he was able to start work on Monday afternoon. He finished up about 4 hours later. He went out of his way to include extra services (such as trimming back the tree branches) without my having to ask for them (but he did check first to ensure it was okay!). He mulched the vines and tree branches, and put the chips on the front garden, which I thought was nice. The short version: He was reasonable, experienced, polite and showed up when he said he would.
