Karen spent a good bit of time reviewing the options for both the plantation shutters and the roman shades.  She brought up many things to consider that I had not thought about and she worked with me to choose fabric from the samples that she brought with her that would fit into my bedroom for the roman shades (design assistance).  The other vendor that I had considered did not bring samples with them and it was a very 'hurried' experience whereas Karen spent the time that was needed and was not in a rush to get to the next customer.  The roman shades came in first and were installed as planned and then the shutters followed per the targeted schedule.  I am very pleased with the results and how much better these window treatments look over the white wooden blinds that were in my home when I purchased it.
