Brian provides an excellent service. The piano is like new now. He was on-time, professional and a very knowledgable as well as talented. Definitely will use again.

Brian came to my house to tune a Steinway Grand that had been largely ignored, sadly, for several years. A few keys were sticking, it was out of tune and the footpedal 'appendage' was loose. Going forward, Brian is the only technician who I will let touch the piano. He was a pleasure to work with and a true artist with deep knowledge and experience about the 'right' way to care for and tune a fine instrument. Upon my request he showed me where some other technicians had done work and what impact (good or bad) it had on the instrument. I had been considering selling the piano and welcomed his advice and offer to be a resource to any potential buyer. He offered to write an email outlining the condition of the piano and the nature of the work performed and sent that to me a few days after he visited. It was refreshing to work with a piano tuner/technician who truly loves pianos (it shows!) and who has the skill and experience Brian has. I wish I had found him sooner! If I do get the point of selling my piano I will do so only with Brian's help - until then he will be a regular visitor when it's time for a tuning.

It was an excellent experience. I have a baby grand piano that hadn't been tuned in over 5 years, and it desperately needed some TLC. Mr. McClure quoted the price over the phone and we set up a time for him to come out to the house. He arrived exactly on time and then set to work. Well - it took a longer than either he or I expected, but when he was done, the piano sounded wonderful and he didn't charge me more for the extra time spent. I intend to have the piano tuned on a regular basis now using Mr. McClure exclusively. One of the things that really impressed me was the fact that Brian didn't use an electronic device to help tune the piano - he did it using only his talent and the resulting sound was far better than what a machine could deliver.

An excellent experience from start to finish!

Brian tuned an old upright piano we inherited and had moved to our home. It was very out of tune, and Brian worked on it for a couple hours until he had it tuned right. The piano sounds great now.

I contacted Brian about tuning an upright piano, and he responded very quickly and offered me many dates and times to choose from. He followed up to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. He took his time tuning this piano, which hadn't been tuned in years, and resolved a few other issues with vibrations and pedal movement. He was also kind enough to take a look at a very old upright piano that belonged to my great-grandmother, showed me what was in good shape and what wasn't, and provided me with great information on the manufacturer, its age, etc. Brian obviously loves what he does and at no point did he seem rushed or put off by my uninformed questions! I will be using Brian again in the future.

He was very personable, on time, professional and thorough. I did not feel he was over-priced and he did not try to sell me services that were not necessary
