I have a computer DSL contract with them. They did not even charge me a service fee. They came out and fixed it right away which was the very next day after it happened. They even showed up a little early before the scheduled time. They were great.

HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE. RELIABILITY IS GOOD, HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT I HAVENT HAD TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO OFTEN.
