Excellent job done. On time and professional.

Work was done, however roof was not repaired. Failed fewer than 12 months later. Initial inspection results did not recommend replacement. Roof leaks continued and eventually led to interior problems. Warranty inspection requested, but never performed, repeated requests for response have gone unanswered. Will be replacing roof with a different company. Stay away!

They took care of everything including a few extra preventative items.

From the office people to the site representatives... they are all great to work with. When they finished the work, they tool all trash with them and left no mess. The paying process is very easy and seamless, you receive an email with the invoice and go to their site to pay.

They were prompt in responding and charged only once for the repairs even though it took multiple visits to pinpoint the sources.

A friend of our's recommended Bell Roofing for our roof installation. We went with them, and would recommend them again. Our new roof looks great. From start to end, they did a great job. The sales guy was knowledgeable and his pricing was reasonable. The people in their office were great at communicating at every point of the installation, and delivered as promised. The crew was did a great job, finished the job in one day and their cleanup was great. We love the way our new roof looks.

They were prompt. The price was good. The work was very thorough, it wasn’t just a slap job. They really did a great job. They put in a drip edge which most companies don’t do.  It was a totally professional job.

They were fantastic. I thought they were thorough and reliable. They cleaned up and did the work for the estimate given.

Todd was great at talking through what needed to be done and responding to follow-up questions. Jen and Bonnie in the office were super helpful with color samples and examples of previous work. Crew showed up on time and work was completely quickly. Highly recommend.

The technician (Matt) showed up on time and quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. He was very courteous and professional, and described exactly what was required for the repair and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. He repaired the damage quickly and it looks like new. He also used a blower to clean out our gutters on both sides of the detached garage. Very good experience and I would highly recommend Bell Roofing.

Overall, Bell Roofing did a very good job & I would recommend them. The new roof shingles, vents, and flashing look great and seem to be working well. They gave us a quote and replaced the roof within 1 week, so their responsiveness is excellent. We only had a few small issues: 1. The sales person offered to put plywood down under the dumpster so it wouldn't scratch the driveway, but this information was not shared with the roofing crew. So, we had some issues with dumpster placement, which created a larger mess around the house during roof removal. 2. We weren't told ahead of time that the skylights in our kitchen would be completely removed and all roofing debris would fall down into our kitchen. If we had known ahead of time, we would have placed a sheet over the counters & floors to help with our clean-up after the roof was replaced. Bell Roofing apologized for not explaining this ahead of time. 3. One of the plywood boards was not nailed down well and rocked back and forth. This was fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. 4. To clean-up the roof dust outside, the crew simply blew it into the yard, and didn't do a great job of that. So, we weren't particularly satisfied with that portion of clean-up. We have only come across 2 nails since the roof was replaced, and thankfully we found them before they ended up in a vehicle tire.

Top quality job. They found significant rot on the decking in various places on the roof especially around the chimney. Even one of the trusses was damaged. They replaced all the water damaged wood and went way beyond the average steps to ensure that the area around the chimney was never exposed to moisture again. Best of all their costs were very reasonable! We got four estimates and their price was right in the middle. So glad we chose Bell Roofing.

On time - On Budget = the best you can expect! Have already recommend them to close friends! Why? Customer Service for Project Management stayed in close contact, we always understood what to expect & when to expect it. Two day project with half day of final clean up and inspection. Install crew friendly and responsive - explained anything that they found that needed to be corrected-provided photos of areas outside the scope of the proposal for our approval. Final work product looks great!

We chose to go with Bell Roofing to replace our roof, as they had done great work on unrelated areas of my roof before. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and we moved forward. The crew was professional and not only did a wonderful job on the roof, but they also took care to ensure they cleaned up all debris. They repaired the roof decking from previous tree and water damage in areas that needed it, added new ventilation to my attic space and repaired or replaced existing roof vents. The new roof looks fantastic and I was very pleased with the entire experience! The office staff was also very responsive to any questions I had.

We were very pleased with the work overall. The crew showed up before 7:30am each day and worked until dark. On most days the crew did some cleanup of the site before departing. The one day that the crew left a huge mess, several homeowners filed a complaint, and the crew did an extremely thorough job of cleaning up the next day before leaving the work site. We were very pleased with the overall quality and thoroughness of the roofing and fascia/soffit repair. The office staff at Bell Roofing (Jen and Bonnie) were very responsive to our calls and e-mails, and they resolved billing questions quickly and efficiently. We hope to not need a new roof for another 15-20 years, but we would definitely use Bell Roofing again!

Done as promised

The estimator, Todd, was very knowledgeable. I was highly impressed by the presentation of the estimate. I received it the same day they provided me immediately copies of their insurance, reviews, information about the products they would use and a nice folder. Todd was very knowledgeable. My 1965 home was missing fascia along a large part of my house and other fascia was too short & the roof was installed improperly so much so that my homeowner's insurance had been cancelled the year prior. Todd pointed out problems with my roof while he was here. He explained their project process & I was given a fair price. The estimate did not nickle & dime me on the number of roofing layers. Bell Roofing was the fiftg or sixth company that I had out because I just wasn't comfortable with the other companies that had come out due to warrantys, slowness in providing estimates, unprofessionalism, not being sure that they had the ability to do all three things and prices. The Bell Roofing office was able to get me scheduled within two weeks from the time I confirmed . The dumpster arrived on time and the crew show up on time. Jen and Bonnie, in the office, were excellent and explained the entire process to me in writing and they called me the day before to just go over expectations. The crew cleaned up & the dumpster was removed when expected. Bell Roofing did an excellent job. They communicated additional costs that popped up during the job in writing with pictures & by phone. (Something they normally don't replace was very rusted & had holes in it so they took pictures and replaced with no additional labor charge). I was shown what type of decking I had (1x6s! - suprise for the build year). They stand behind their labor with a 10 year comprehensive warranty plus of course the architectural shingles come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. I am very pleased wih Bell Roofing & highly recommend them. Additionally, my 93 year old neighbor watched them & was highly complimentary of the roofers & told me he gives them an A+.

They were prompt and courteous, offered their services for lowers than competitors and delivered! Really saved us money over all other estimates and the work really seems amazing. Now all of our neighbors keep commenting on how beautiful our new roof looks! Additionally Jen and Bonnie were very quick to answer any of my questions and even helped out with additional discounts to cover some of the massive amounts of materials used. Bell roofing is excellent and I will definitely highly recommend them.

From the very beginning the Bell Roofing staff impressed me.   They were always communicative, and my excellent salesman, Todd, suffered through my several requests for more large sample boards so I could be sure I was getting the color I wanted.  Everything went like clockwork, and I was completely impressed with how hard the great crew worked during the installation.   The clean-up was thorough, and a final inspection was done the following day.   As a gardener I was concerned about my landscape, but any damage was mostly nonexistent because of the protective tarps that were used.   I was left with a package of matching shingles for whatever the future might hold; I live on a forested lot.   The office personnel, Bonnie mostly, kept me up to date from the beginning of the process through email.  So, I am a very satisfied customer and will call Bell for any future roofing needs.
