Mr. Sofio Bautista was contracted to work on the entire exterior of our home, including siding replacement for rotted siding, wood replacement for exterior door trim and window frames, pressure wash the house and paint the entire home including base, shutters, front door and gutters. We discussed the work needed upfront with Mr. Sofio including his recommendations. Upon the agreed price and work, Mr. Sofio started the project on the agreed time and made sure every detail of the project was completed to the highest standards. There were delays in securing materials due to the ongoing industry and its supply chain, and Mr. Sofio kept us informed and updated on the entire process and progress. Mr. Sofio and his team made sure to complete everything, according to his and our expectations, in our home exterior that we agreed upon. The attention to detail that Mr. Sofio and his team had with our house was superb. We will be working with Mr. Sofio for ongoing interior projects in our home as well as refer him to our friends and families as projects come along.

Mr. Bautista was honest very easy to work with and they took care of every detail with the exterior painting of my house. They replace bad siding and painted my house. As a woman sometimes working with contractors can be a challenge, but Mr. Bautista was honest and upfront about the price and the work that needed done and he gave me a fair price. I was more than pleased with the results. The whole project experience was vey good and I will get Mr. Bautista to complete other projects around my house and on other properties.

Work was excellent. They pressure washed, sanded, and scraped surface before they painted. They put two coats of a lifetime guaranteed paint. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

After reading all the excellent reviews about this company, I was eager to talk with them. Last Saturday, I received an immediate call after requesting a quote for interior painting. The person I spoke to (Sofia?) set up a time with me. I thought we were set for 5 pm on Thursday. The time came and went with no further contact. I'm willing to believe I wrote the time down incorrectly. When I called on Friday to clarify, he told me he had met with me on Sunday and we had made a plan. I never met with anyone. Only 2 people live in this house, so it limits the options. I told him I had not met with him and asked if I had written down the wrong time. He insisted that we had already met. I have a fairly common name, so I suppose he may have met with someone with my name on Sunday but it wasn't me. He finally told me (texted) me that I should just call someone else; which of course, I will do. I'm very surprised and disappointed with this interaction.

Bautista Painting did a very good, careful paint job for us. They moved and covered all the furniture before taping trim before painting and were flexible when we added two more rooms to the job. They actually started the job earlier than expected due to a change in their schedule and completed our painting quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Sofio Bautista was the first quote that we received, after a few quotes from other painters we decided to go with Bautista painting. It definitely was the right choice. Sofio explained, in detail, what they were going to do. The crew was very respectful and professional. We had some long weather delays, but they kept us informed about what their plans were. They did a wonderful job painting the exterior, trim and the deck, as well as, the extensive wood work that we needed. Good quality work...at a good price. We definitely would hire them again.

Sofio did an excellent job. He is hard worker, dependable, reliable, honest and detail oriented. He explains what needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost, no surprises. This is the second time that I hire him, didn't get another quote because I know how he works. He did an amazing job the first time and this time as well.

Sophio and his team did a great job. The showed up ontime, coverup all work areas, did a very good job on painting. Did what they said they would do. To me the most impressive thing was prep work... most painters do nothing or bare minimum... they sanded walls before painting, applied caulking, filled hole and prep... sanded trim as need..... Excellent work at a great price... and good people

Sofio and crew was respectful. They completed the project as requested. Only complaint is some pieces of old wood was left in the yard and had to be picked up in order for the lawn to be mowed. Other than that we would hire again. Great job!

The project started on to time. They pressure washed my house and did an excellent job. Next, they began to prep the house for trim and painting by caulking and replacing bad wood. Each day they worked on the project, a full crew showed up to work. Each day prior to leaving, the crew picked up to leave my home presentable. They price was half the cost of two other bids with top grade paint with quality serve. I strongly recommend the company based on quality, work effort,j completion time price.
