INTERIOR PAINTING

Sofio and his team did a GREAT job. We requested they paint ceiling, trim, doors, and walls and he went above and beyond patching holes/sanding/staining other doors. He was willing to work with us and ensured the work was done well. Not only did they do a great job, they also work efficiently. Not to mention he provided all quality paint and supplies. I am so happy we chose this company. Will hire them again in the future for exterior work/floors. 10/10 recommend!

Sofia and his workers did a very good job. His pricing was reasonable, they cleaned up each day, and he explained each day what would be done. He also completed a small job to prevent birds from nesting on my porch and patio. I was very pleased and received many compliments from my neighbors. He was also referred to neighbors for like work.

Excellent work

Sofio and his partner repaired damage ceilings in two rooms due to water leak. He came and gave the labor cost. Material cost was based on receipts he provided from the national hardware store. After he finished the job, I couldn't tell where the damage was. The ceiling repair was flawless. He color matched the repair with existing paint color by taking a piece of ceiling to a national paint store. He also repaired a mailbox which was damaged by a vehicle. He used concrete to stabilize and make it more sturdy. The mailbox was level all the way around. He even put the house number plate back on the new mailbox by drilling holes on the top to attach the plate. I would hire Sofio again.

He was very prompt an professional upon arrival. My wife and i were please with how Sofio communicated all he will do. he explain how long it will take for each phase. he recommended the best paint for the job and the total cost including window caucking. I saw Sofio and his crew in my Briarmoor Manor subdivision remodeling a home. I watched the progress over a few weeks and made the decision to call for a quote. Sofio arrived at the designated time at my house for the quote. We completed a walk through to discuss my specific repairs and painting. We agreed on the price and we paid a 30% deposit up front. Sofio and crew arrived on the designated date and began working. From beginning to end he consistently texted and called with status updates. Sofio recommended and utilized Sherwin Williams branded paint and stain. It looks great! All work was excellent in quality and I’m very happy with the results and the fair price. You get what you pay for and the price to value quotient was great. I recommend this business and plan to use him for another property.

Bautista Painting did an EXCELLENT JOB painting the entire interior of my home! I bought an older townhome that still had ugly beige paint and the original wood trim throughout (window frames, door frames, baseboards, doors, etc.). It was a labor intensive job that required a lot of prepping, sanding, caulking, patching, etc. They were timely, thorough, and efficient. They were also polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They showed up on time, worked very hard, did a great job and couldn't be more pleased. Its SOOOO hard to find quality work but anyone reliable. Would you again and I'm a tough critic.
