Russell and his crew were exceptional. They were early the day of the job, they were efficient and completely thorough in a very challenging situation. They were so exceptional that I actually paid them more than they ask for and I never do that. Bid was thorough including pictures of before and after and Russell himself could not have been easier to work with.
