My experience with Acadia Shutters was more than exceptional.  From sales to installation, their team was professional, courteous and just good people.  David was my salesperson and their product and pricing were unbelievable compared  to the big stores.  James and Mike were my installers and they were courteous, quick, professional and just good guys all around. 
I plan to add more shutters in my home down the road and will definitely call back Acadia.

Wow! What an awesome experience with Acadia Shutters! A very professional company from beginning to end.  Wil Spears came to the house to take measurements and discuss options. He even came back a second time to assure us we had the correct dimensions and the windows would still open in for cleaning.  He did an outstanding job, provided us with lots of great information, a no pressure sales approach, and a great price.  It made our decision to use Acadia very easy. The installation guys were here on-time as promised and very professional and knowledgeable.  I would fully recommend Wil and Acadia Shutters for anyone looking for custom plantation shutters.  Absolutely a great company, people, and a pleasure to work with!

Acadia Shutters Inc.  is a great company to do business with.  Will and the sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable.  The whole process took about 7-8 weeks from consultation to installation.  Their  pricing is very fair compared to other quotes on the job.  Installation was seemless, it looks like its always been there.  We would reccomend Acadia Shutters to anyone looking to get shutters installed in your home.

Wil was responsive from the initial contact I made with him. Once the order was placed I did receive one incorrect sized blind, however they rectified that situation in a timely manner. All blinds but the cellular shade had a nice valance. The cellular shade did not have a valance and looked incomplete and out of sync with all other blinds in the existing room. The installer developed a valance to be placed over the existing frame to make it look more finished and uniformed.

By the time we were ready to do the job, following window replacements, new alarm system, painting, and building up cash flow, the original salesperson was gone and the new guy, Wil, really helped me think through the job.  He spent a lot of time with me debating size and color choices as well as style and function.  The installation crew, James and Todd. were expert at their jobs and gave me a lot of information that eased me into the new look--which is great but different--and so I was doing some second guessing.   My husband was skeptical all along, but now is a huge fan of plantation shutters. I would only advise going with Acadia for the historical southern ambiance for which the plantation look is famous.  The price and quality confirm that we made a great choice.

Mike responded quickly to my call with an in-home consultation, measurement, and quote. He gave me a delivery estimate and actually delivered early. The installation by Tony was very professional with lots of tips about how to care for the shutters and shades. Mike was also responsive when I needed shades for another window, not in the original order. He came out quickly to measure and placed the order immediately so that everything could be installed at one time. This company is very responsive and customer focused.

The company was very efficient and quick in pricing the jo out and installing the shutters. Todd installed the shutters, he was very polite and did a great job.

David came by to measure initially and once again to finalize the measurements.  He was very courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions.  About 5 weeks later, Todd and James  came to install the shutters in both houses.  They were very professional as well and were great people that cared about their jobs.  There was a slight flaw in one of the blinds and they pointed it out and reordered it on the spot.  About a week later, someone came out to do the minor repair and replace the blind.  I was very impressed with the entire experience, my only gripe is when they drilled holes during the install, there was a dust on the floor.  It would have been nice if they had a small vacuum and cleaned up a little under the windows.  I still rate the experience 10/10 and even though they were a little higher price wise than a few other companies, I would still use them because of the outstanding and worry-free job they did.  Once I finish the basement, they will likely be getting another phone call from me!

Wonderful experience. Michael was our sales consultant. He came out and was very professional and explained to us all of our options. James was our installer, very professional, installed all windows/door blinds and was very mindful of our carpet and hardwoods. Definitely a wonderful company with great employees. The price is something you can't beat with the great service they provide. I will definitely recommend Acadia Shutters to anyone looking for window coverings for their home.

Will met with us and was most patient in answering all our questions and made sure we got the shutters that met all our requirements.  Todd and Allen performed our install and did an excellent job.  We love the shutters and would definitely recommend Acadia to our friends and family.

Professionalism and price can't be beat.

We are very pleased with the service from the staff and the quality of the shutters.  Wil came out to measure and answer all of our questions.  When the shutters came in, they were exactly what we had talked about.  John installed the shutters and was friendly, efficient, and professional.  We would definitely use Acadia Shutters again in the future if we decide to do the main floor of our house.

Our windows were not square. I was worried the shutters would not fit. They did a great job making them fit.

Installed plantation shutters for entire house. They were very easy to work with and the price was reasonable. My only disappointment is that the color is close but doesn't match exactly, but I can't really complain because they gave me a sample to review and I approved it. I just wish I had done comparisons in night time artificial light as well as during the day in natural light -  it does make a difference. Overall though,  I would use them again.

I knew what I wanted, so I didn't need a hard sale, nor an over sale (as by another vendor). I did get three bids for the blinds, and opted for Acadia not just for the price, but other reviews, BBB status, and my interactions with them during the contact and bid process. 
David was great - quick response to my contact (6 hrs), VERY flexible in coming out to measure for blinds in our new home while we were onsite for our chaotic walk through, the blinds were delivered when promised, and installed at our convenience - while we were awaiting our furniture arrival. I can honestly say that this transaction was the smoothest experience about our move!!  Blinds look great and I'm happy!!

From the time the request was made to obtain an assessment, this team has demonstrated exemplary skills in Customer Service and Project Execution. Todd and Allen were the technicians that hung our shutters. They were efficient, polite, courteous, clean and knowledgeable.

Custom blind has been ordered but not here  yet.

For me, their price was reasonable. They were very professional. The people who installed it were very receptive to our needs because we have animals. They were friendly to my animals. They also installed it quickly for the whole house.

The entire experience was great. The differentiator for Acadia was the confidence we had from the outset that the process would go smoothly. They were on-time, accommodating to our schedule and the finished product looks great.  The installers were remarkably courteous and professional.
