They were great! A rock hit my windshield and they came out to the house and fixed it. We didn't pay anything, our insurance company paid it in full.

Fine. My main complaint is that, I still don't know if there exists a Safelite franchise actually located in Athens anymore. The receipt they gave me had their address of where it was before, but when I contacted the company by phone, they were as puzzled as I was. I was unable to schedule my service online (and get the discount) because of this situation. When I had tried to schedule online, the closest locations were near Commerce and down in Conyers, both about 45 minutes away. I didn't really need them to come to my house, as my windshield was just badly cracked, not broken, and I prefer to keep the number of strange people coming to my house to a minimum, despite the convenience of their mobile installation. I would have preferred to drive to their shop, if it was located where the phone book said it used to be.

A rock hit my windshield and a large crack form shortly there after. I called safelite and gave an available time for them to come by and fix my windshield. They came by exactly as I had requested at the location where I worked. Within a short time they replaced my windshield and even vacuumed my car. After 3weeks there have been no issues or complaints from my point over view. Very professional.

I contacted the company to have someone come out to replace my car windshield. I got an appointment for between 10-3 today. The technician called at 12 and said he was two minutes away, which was great. When he got here he pulled the glass out and showed me where it was scratched. I asked him what he planned to do and he said come back on a different day. My husband chose to not allow them to come back since they came to our home with a defective product to begin with. The gentleman showed me that he had another glass that was scratched as well in his van. In total he only had 4 windshields in his van. I find it hard to believe that they could not have spot checked the windshields as they were being loaded to prevent this problem.
