Basic Home Inspection Covers - Grounds, Exterior, Foundation and Craw Space or Basement - Roof, Attic, Eletricial and Plumbing - Heating and Air Conditioning - Bathrooms, Kitchen Appliances and Laundry room - Interior, Fireplaces, Windows and doors If it takes 3 hours or 6 hours, I take as long as it takes to do a great job for you! I inspect every house as if I was going to be buying it myself. I will provide you with a 30-40 page report with color photographs illustrating any areas of concern within 24 hours. His promises seemed a bit over the top to be honest but he delivered on every aspect, hundreds of photos with detailed information and how a situation could be improved. Gary is a highly knowledgable and experienced home inspector. He provided the critical feedback we were looking for in a home inspection. I was particularly impressed with his detailed assessment of the crawl space, his helpful feedback on issues related to water damage/painting on the exterior, and evaluation of the overall condition of the home.
