Veterinarians
Front desk personnel were professional and friendly. Explained billing and new patient paperwork. Once paperwork was finished we were escorted to an exam room within ten minutes.
The techs explained each step to me and the kids (8 & 9 years old) to make sure everyone felt at ease. Within fifteen minutes the Vet came in and again everything was explained so we knew what was going on before hand. When some ear mites were found the vet carried the kids into the lab area so they could see them through the microscope. He also explained to the kids in common terms how they were caught, what they could do and how to prevent them. Free samples of flea, tick and heartworm medicines were provided.
The checkout was as painless and pleasant as the rest of the visit.
The actions and behaviors of the Vet and staff led you to believe they truly wanted to be at work and helping their patients that
day. The trip was painless for all involved including the puppy.
All total we were in and out in under an hour.
