We have just moved with plenty of fragile and delicate items with Usa Family Moving. I have no regrets whatsoever that we used them for the relocation needs because they have given us a picture perfect move. I would like to appreciate the effort by our crew chief and his team, their manager, our moving advisor and obviously the onsite estimator for the extremely precise estimate.

Usa Family Moving was easily accessible during entire process via email or phone. Their estimator thoroughly explained how the moving would go and gave me the estimate based the information I gave. The movers were on time and got to work quickly. I used packing service- all boxes were marked and easily found upon arrival. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Great moving experience, which I had not in the past with a different company. They called to let me know they were going to be on time that day, and they were on time and worked quickly and professionally. It was completed in less time than I anticipated, and they helped to make sure the furniture was where I wanted to go before leaving. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were very helpful and informative. They kept us fully informed and coordinated the move with great efficiency. This is the second time using Usa Family Moving and they always gave you a reasonable quote after a consultation with you and they always stuck to it. I got the proof when I hired them. They were very thorough during the consultation and gave me a really good quote. Let me add here, I do have a lot of belongings! I was quite worried while receiving my final bill at the end of the move. I was very happy to see that it was the exact amount mentioned in my quote.

The movers from Usa Family Moving had so many years of experience. Essentially that is what made my last move so smooth. All the power in your muscles can’t teach you the tricks that need to be used while carrying heavy pieces of furniture or handling delicate pieces of glassware. These men knew how to do their job. They very conveniently packed up everything into boxes and loaded up the truck. They delivered on time and made sure everything traveled well. I was overwhelmed with the way the movers packed my furniture and placed them in their huge truck. None of my belongings were damaged. I am thankful to Usa Family Moving and their sales rep for a superb performance while moving us to our new apartment. First of all they asked for the least amount and then served us the best. Movers came at my place at 8 am sharp. They knew about the type of the move and accomplished the task according to my preference. At no stage the movers seemed to be losing the control over the move. When I checked the inventory I did not see anything broken or damaged. Service was awesome and price was more than just reasonable. There was nothing which I could have asked for.

I found Usa Family Moving by seeing one of their trucks on the street. The movers arrived on time and one of the movers took the lead in going over paperwork with me and explaining the charges. He also let me know that he would advise me before anything was done that resulted in a charge. They finished the job in such a short time and were so nice. My whole life seemed like a series of misfortunes. I missed home so badly but never could go back. But then all of a sudden I was posted back to my hometown. The people who helped me move were from Usa Family Moving. They took great care of each and every piece of my furniture.
