Service Tech got right to work. I explained what I had done to try and correct the problem. He invited me along to observe. He quickly checked the thermostat, outside unit and fuse box. He quickly narrowed it down to furnace in the attic where he observed the unit was not receiving power at that level. He sourced it back to the switch that turned on and of the unit and realized it was broken. he quickly fixed it and was done in 20 minutes. Straight forward and no games.

I've been a customer of Staton since I moved in my house 16 years ago. They installed the original HVAC system when the house was built and I have had a maintenance contract with them since. They installed a new furnace and AC for me in 2012. I had to change the original install date a couple of times and they were quite willing to work with me. I've had to call them a couple of times throughout they years and they were always responsive to my needs. Obviously I've been pleased with their service since I stayed with them so long and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I contacted Staton Heating and Air late Monday afternoon and talked to a nice gentleman named Darrell. He couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. He promised to have someone out at my house the next morning. Sure enough, some service men arrived Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM. They fixed my problems with my A/C within a hour and charged me a reasonable fee.
I will use them again for any heating and air problems.

The President came to quote the same day I called and gave an appropriate price for this small service call.  The technician arrived on time per schedule and did a professional and neat installation very quickly.

Service and price are excellent; we have used them for at least 6 years, perhaps 8.

We have used Staton for several years now and have always been satisfied with their service. We recently needed to replace an AC unit for our upper level, and once again turned to Staton. We got another quote on the same unit, and Staton beat them by a fairly wide margin. The technician showed up timely and did a great job!

Our experience with Staton was very good. Their workers were always very punctual and professional. Every phone call was promptly answered and any concerns were always taken care of quickly. Mark Staton personally came by several times while the work was being done to help out and make sure everything was being completed as expected. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

They originally installed the ductwork in this house and we have been very happy with them. The experience has been very good; we have had them for problems and all kinds of things. They did our heat pump and they do the service work on our HVAC system. They are always on time and their prices are comparable to other companies in the area. I will use them again in the future.

They did not know what they were doing. They even left the old filter in the attic when they changed the filter (that we provided).

We've used them for over seven years. They are efficient and a great family owned business. They have even come back for follow up treatments on our old units at no extra charge. We also have an annual contract with them.

The only reason why I gave Staton a B on Quality is because last past two times they sent a tech who did not know he was doing. But other than that, Staton seems to be a good company and now they have been sending an experience technician out.

The technician arrived 1.5 hours late. He found that the filter was very dirty and proceeded to lecture me at length about the need to replace it more often. He said this combined with some loose wires caused the whole problem. After he left the temperature remained in the low 60's. The next morning, Saturday, I called back and he said there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that I didn't understand the system. While on the phone he had me run a test to prove that the furnace was just fine and the problem was really with me. The test failed. He said he could not come out until ''sometime next week'' and I would have to schedule another appointment on Monday. We have never encountered more outrageous behavior. This company had installed the furnace 5 years earlier when the house was new and thus we expected technical competence, more respectful treatment and professionalism.

They did a good job and repaired the problem. I was very unhappy about the price, i feel like they really overcharged me. I had other bids for the work that were under $400, after the fact.
