Joe Bodnar came to assess the job and provide the estimate. He was on time and listened and understood my concern about the dog urine smell in the stone and grout (from previous homeowner's dogs). He carefully examined the stone and explained the proposed process to do a very thorough cleaning. He measured the rooms for the estimate which he emailed in a couple of days.
After scheduling the work, but before it was done, Joe called to discuss the process again and hear my ideas about how best to get at the source of the smell. He and the owner, Jeff, also were kind to give consideration to my concern about the cost estimate.
The day of the cleaning, the crewman assigned to the cleaning called ahead and was on time. He was put down tarps on the wood floors from the front door to the rooms to be cleaned to protect the wood floors from the equipment rolling across them.
He performed the work carefully and diligently, including getting on his hands and knees to reach spots where the machines could not reach. He explained what he was doing at each stage. He was always courteous and friendly.
When the job was done, he cleaned up after himself and explained that the sealer would need several hours to set before furniture could be brought back in.
And the smell is gone!

The service was explained in detail with several options presented based on our budget. The workmen were prompt and professional. The service was completed in one day which minimized the disruption to the family. Also, my contact with the company was very helpful in explaining what led to the calcium buildup as well as care and maintenance to follow to prevent this from happening again. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Scheduled appointment promptly, answered questions about scope on the spot, was knowledgable , and estimate is free. Company from other reviews does much more than just cleaning grout, and we may use them for other floor services.

We called Sir Grout in early November to ask them if they could help us repair our master and guest
bathroom upstairs. Our home is about 20 years old and we were starting to have some grout come apart in the master and sealing issues in our guest bathroom which was causing some water to escape.
Jeff Miller, the owner, came out and presented some different options and educated us on what was happening. He was on time and very friendly.
Within 24 hours Jeff provided us with a detailed quote on the services. He even came out again to answer a few questions that we had and while he was out we asked him if they could tile our laundry room upstairs. He added the tile job to the quote and we proceeded.
We scheduled the work for the Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Jeff called the evening before to remind us and make sure that we were all set. The following day the technicians; Francisco, Santos and Cristian arrived on time and got right to work. They completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond and helped us re -attach our washer and dryer in the laundry room.
We are very pleased with the work Jeff and his team performed and highly recommend them. It is challenging to find service providers that show up on time, are professional,and do what they say they are going to do without any tricks.

They arrived in a timely manner and began working immediately. The entire project took around 8 to 9 hours. The final result was very satisfactory and greatly improved the look of these 20 year old tile floors. They were willing to take on some additional grout caulking requests and fairly negotiated the cost. When a slight problem occurred, they were responsive and did their best to address it without question. This process saved us more than twice the cost to replace these tile floors.

Our job took three days to complete, and we thought the technician did a wonderful job. In all three of our full baths, even the shower ceilings are tiled, as are the entire walls, all the way up to the vanity, in our two vintage bathrooms. There was definitely a lot of tile to be cleaned. Also, because the two bathrooms are so old, the grout between the very small tiles, was quite stained. The results were great! The grout looked like its original color again, & we were very pleased. The technician also helped me pick a better color to color seal my half bath grout with, & it looks fantastic..much better than before! We actually had considered gutting and remodeling the two older bathrooms, but because we like the vintage look, & find it charming if it's taken care of, we decided to try cleaning it well, instead of tearing everything out. We are so glad we did. We had no mess, no workers to deal with, and we saved a lot of money. After the job was completed , I did find a couple small spots in one old bathroom that were still not filled with grout. When I talked with Mr. Bodner, who communicated with me on a daily basis, he had it fixed immediately. Through the entire process, from Day 1, it was quite clear that our satisfaction was top priority. We appreciate that greatly and would definitely recommend them. They have pictures that they are more than welcome to share.

It was a great experience. Jeff Miller and his crew did a wonderful job. Our showers look like new and our hardwood floors have a shine like they were new. Also, Jeff came back to do a touch up job for us right before the holidays. It was great to be able to call him and know they stand by their work. He came out, no questions asked, and touched up an area in our foyer. Everything looks great and I couldn't be
happier with their work!
I would recommend their services to anyone looking to freshen up their bathroom tiles or hardwood floors. We also had an area in our laundry room with white and black tile. It had become very worn and dirty over the years. I was so happy with the results. The white tile is so clean and shiny, also looks brand new!

He did an excellent job. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars if I could. I am overall very pleased with the work. They were right on time, they double checked everything, and they allowed us to walk around with them to ensure we were happy with everything. I was so pleased with them I let them put up a yard sign in front lawn.
