I have a ongoing service from these people
They are responsive and not so punctual, as once i had to wait a whole day and they showed up next day and i was not even informed that they could not come
They will do i inside services, but intially it will need applications every month for 2-3 months before it starts getting effective. I understood that after 6 months.
They are very pricey compared to Arrow and so many other service. I have not used other service so i do not know their quality of the product.
They put you on contract for a whole year which is painful that you cannot try anybody till the contract is conplete.
So i would suggest use others and try a cheaper ones before you get into contract with these people

The tech arrived to my home and introduced himself and explained what he was servicing that day and asked if I needed any specialized treatments or if I had seen any activity. I told him nothing I could think of. He proceeded to put his shoe coverings on and treated the interior of my home and made sure that I was informed of what he was using and the proper procedures for avoiding contact regarding my pets and children for the specified time. When he was finished treating the inside he started on the outside. My home had a lot of old spider webs and a few wasp nests from years gone by, he removed them all and sprayed to place a repellant so they would be less likely to return. He also sprayed around the home and granulated around the home which placed a kill zone for fleas and ticks and fire ants. I also had some mounds of fire ants in the yard which he treated as well. He set all the right expectations and now that it's been 30 days, I haven't seen any activity, the fire ant mounds are gone, the spiders haven't come back and I'm about to have my 2nd round of treatment to kill any new hatchlings that had been protected by their egg sacks during the first treatment. This is the FIRST company I've ever had treat my home for bugs and actually stop the problem vs me having to call them to come BACK out like I had to with my previous company, which by the way never did ANYTHING extra without charging me which caused me to do it myself.
