"The member was delightful to work for. At the time of service, I would not leave at the end of each appointment without knowing she was very satisfied with the work completed. I know all the associates(I had the opportunity to meet) at Congregation Beth Hallel were absolutely "delighted" with the results of the new and improved supply room.( I have before and after pictures available to show if anyone is interested.) In regard to the amount; The member had a price she wanted to pay for both projects, and with all she wanted done. I advised my hourly rate, and offered to work until we arrived at that price, however it was not possible to complete both in the time & price estimated. She wanted the work completed, and I kept her abreast of the hours and amount continually. "After" I had organized and decorated her office and supply room, she decided to paint and replace all carpet in both areas, This resulted in having to tear down all work that was done, and start over. I have no idea how it looks from that point on as she did not call me back to reorganize again, after construction. I am thankful for the business, and would gladly serve her anytime she called. She indicated to me, she was very happy with the work completed. My rates are very competitive, and did not even charge her my "design" rate for work on her office. All work was done at my "organizing rate", even the merchandising and shopping aspects. Thank you."
