Very happy with Neese Jones.  They were the second company I called after the first told me the circuit board could not be repaired and the entire furnace had to be replaced.  Neese Jones came out quickly to look at the problem and were happy to replace the circuit board.  When the parts came in they were on-site quickly and the repair was flawless.  Would definitely recommend and will use Neese-Jones from now on.

Air conditioner stopped cooling.  Called in AM and received service in early afternoon.  The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful.  We decided to also have a fall check-up.  The technician arrived on time.  He immediately diagnosed the problem with the A/C unit.  He quickly repaired it and began our fall tune-up.  He was finished within one hour.  He was very professional.

Couldn't have been happier.  The tech was very pleasant, right on time and professional.  My units had not been serviced in some time and we noticed the difference immediately. He did a seasonal check of both furnaces and AC units, and offered a service plan which I signed up for.

I would definitely use Neese - Jones again. Great service from the first phone call on.

Neese Jones has been providing service to my home for years.  They are always punctual and have very pleasant workers.  In 16 years of service I have never had a single complaint.

They were extremely responsive, courteous, professional and did the job quickly.  They worked all day without a break, left the area they were working in immaculate, and overall, did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend.

Brent, the "comfort consultant", arrived at the appointed time and inspected our old system. He noted that the ductwork was deteriorating and was not set-up to work efficiently. We knew we had never had proper air circulation in rooms at opposite ends of the house. He followed up with an e-mailed estimate with the recommended new furnace and a/c unit and the duct overhaul job priced separately. We asked to broaden the quote to show us the difference in price between high, medium, and low end system alternatives. He e-mailed that info to us. We decided to go with the high end of the mid-level system. The quote was below others we received. We agreed on an installation date for the following week. The installation team arrived on time. There were three men - Brian, Francisco and Matt - so that the job could be completed in one day. They were courteous and professional. They had to spend most of the day in our hot attic. They consulted with us as needed on installation details. They finished by about 5:00 pm, completely cleaned up after themselves, and showed us how to use the new thermostat. We have used the new a/c for a week and are very pleased with it. We have good air circulation in every part of the house for the first time. Brent called us several days after installation to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we had.

I have used Neese-Jones Heating & Air Conditioning and they are wonderful. I have used them for 10 years. It costs about 300 dollars annually. They are always on time. They always do a great job.

I cannot rave enough about the honesty, professionalism and service of this company.  I called this morning as one of my furnace units broke down last night and I did not have heat - and it was 34 degrees outside.  A freindly person picked up the phone and scheduled my appointment for the same day.  They had a fantastic tech come out - Jordan Neese, who was prompt, courteous, friendly, honest, and respectful.  These are traits I rarely come across in the home repair industry.  His honesty about what was needed and what wasn't needed was very refreshing.  Jordan took the time to explain the problem in detail and show it to me visually.  The price was very fair and I was so impressed with the service received I will ONLY use this company going forward and will recommend them to my friends and family.  I can't say I will look forward to my HVAC having problems in the future but I will certainly look forward to working with Jordan and this company again.
