He is incredibly rude and is a rip off.

Beware and never pay for parts upfront because he will not respond to you afterwards.

he took my money and never came back, he claimed that he didnt owe me anything. full of crap!

Daniel was absolutely great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend his services.

Daniel did a good job on the repairs. However, his customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. The first set of repairs took more than three months (July to September) to complete. He canceled and rescheduled several times and I had to constantly call and text him to get the work finished. I asked him to order a spa cover in October and had to cancel the order today, February 24 for non-delivery. His excuse was that it is taking a long time probably due to COVID. He did not set any expectations about when I could expect to receive the cover AND argued with me about refunding my money. He said I was *stupid* for cancelling the order and that he did not have to refund me any money. He even dropped the *F* bomb once. I insisted on and received a refund. The third set of repairs was also requested in October and they got completed today, February 24. I had to follow up with him several times to get the repairs done. A few times he said he was coming and just did not show up or did not call. Then he tried to make it look like I was wrong for being strong with him and insisting that he completes my work. He said because he had to refund the money for the cover, he will not warranty the work he completed today. I do not recommend Daniel for any work due to the length of time it took to complete the work, having to constantly follow up with him, his unprofessional behavior during our last meeting, and his refusal to warranty is work.

Excellent service, fast and showed up on time. Great conversation, walked me through everything that was wrong , fixed on the spot and promised to follow up in a few days to ensure service provided is maintained. Even provided tips to get extended life out of my Spa.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Daniel made us pre-pay for a custom swim-spa cover in mid-March 2020, right before COVID hit us. He never called, emailed, or texted with updates, weeks and months went by, and I always had to call him, and he always gave an excuse. I tried to be understanding because of COVID, but this man is just a con-artist who takes your money and provides nothing. He promised a refund and claimed he sent it but nothing. I am out 1K.

I was having problem with my Spa, so I hired Daniel, he cane and did stop a leak, he l told me I needed to order a filter cartridge and a gasket and had pay in full, I have been waiting for the part for awhile, Daniel said he was having a hard time getting the part so I went to the local pool shop and bought one and put it in myself., I called every Friday since I paid in full, I was finally told not to call anymore, I told Daniel that I wanted a refund, Daniel said that he would, I never received any money. Update 1/11: The work he did, broke a month later because he taped a broken plastic screw rather than replace the $1 item. He also made me pay in advance for work he promised to do and never did. Only by calling Home Advisors for help did I get my money back

Daniel was exactly what we were looking for. We purchased this house with a hot tub already in place and we had no idea how to operate it, maintain it, etc. It was also leaking when we turned on certain jets. Daniel took the panels off and figured out the fittings were just loose and re-tightened them. We spent the rest of his time here discussing how to clean and maintain it, how to keep it looking great etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the service call and will definitely use Daniel again.

Office address does not exists you can look it up it or simple go there in Alpharetta there is no spa site you paid him with check and you never see him again dont believe the good review is so easy to create a fake email and post a fake review check for a few bucks online the bame of daniel colin wolfang and you will see the kind of liar he is he has record from Dahlonega ,Buford, Alpharetta including court record but is up to you is felt as I did thinking that only happen to others but the guy will run with the money.

He has not started my project, no materials have been delivered and I just want my money back and go my own way

I found this company on home advisor. I made an appointment to come out (site says free estimate). I booked for noon. I called a few times and no answer. I then text him asking if he was still on the way and also asked if he needed to see or know what the kind of filter I needed that needed to be replaced. He said no he would look when he got here. I text him again around 1:30 pm to see what time he would be here. He responded back and said between 4:30 and 6.... extremely off. Nor did he call and update me of the time change. At 5:05 pm I text again- after reading the awful reviews of time frames, misplaced parts, parts on backorder, was not a free estimate/ no service charge (as site shows), overcharging, scamming, misdiagnose, etc. he then called and I asked if it was a free estimate (AS THE SITE SHOWS) he laughed at me (over the phone) and said no. I charge about $200 to come out and look. He was very rude and awful. I canceled right away and he hung up on me. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. DANIEL IS NOT NICE, FRIENDLY, or PROFESSIONAL in any way.

Very informative with my options

I use Home advisor and other vendor sites often. I manage multiple properties in the area. I have never felt disrespected by anybody until I met Daniel. Do not waste your time hiring him? He called me a nag a few times because I was trying to communicate with him about scheduling and parts updates. At first, he was very prompt to come to my house and bill me. After that communication was very truncated. In the end, I fired him and let him keep a $60 circuit breaker just to get over with the stress. It was just not worth it for me. I know that hot tub contractors are scarce around here but go with someone else.

Daniel was very nice he came over the same day I inquired with Angieâ s list and had my tub fixed in less then 45 minutes I would highly recommend Daniel

Great and fast job

I hired Daniel and he is a bit overconfident and does not verify work is fixed. I have been trying to get my tub working since 5/13/2020 and paid him full upfront and 2 months later he returns with part that was back ordered according to him. Since then fitting he put on is not holding water and he returned to put on gasket and again did not verify his work. He then tells me tub will need to be pulled out and pipe replaced, but it will be $90hr. I would not recommend him as he is a very sarcastic individual and he will let you know that he is doing you a favor by coming back out on job that is not fixed. Does not verify work complete, sarcastic/over confident. He stated he will not keep coming out that I will need to pay additional to replace pipe. He came in strong, but did not deliver. I now will need to find someone else to finish what he started as I have lost confidence as he was assuring it was repaired 3 times.

He was right on time, had to order the part, but came back when he said he would. Fixed our hot tub, no problem! I would definitely recommend him!! As a bonus, he was a super nice guy
